These are extraordinary times and I am convinced that we are on the cusp of an arts renaissance. Music teachers and students, performers and audience members are bypassing the gatekeepers and exchanging music, ideas, and expertise in new and exciting ways.

I’ve spoken to students at New England Conservatory and as a clinician at two PMTA conferences on the topic of motivating piano students in the digital age. I’ve also written on this topic online.
